What is S/FTP?
S/FTP: SHIELDED WITH FOILED TWISTED PAIRS
The twisted pairs are wrapped in foil tape and enclosed in a flexible, strong braid screen. This additional foil reduces crosstalk from adjacent pairs and other cables, while the braid enhances grounding.
