Christmas 2024 Delivery

To ensure your order arrives before Christmas, please place your order by the following dates:

GREAT BRITAIN: please place your order by 10am on Friday 20th December.

NORTHERN IRELAND: please place your order by 10am on Wednesday 18th December.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND: please place your order by 10am on Tuesday 17th December.

Orders placed after these dates and times will not be delivered before Christmas.

Delivery Methods

Your order will be delivered via the most effective distribution method available. We operate our own UK-wide delivery fleet and utilise DX and DPD carrier services when appropriate. These networks enable us to offer next-day delivery across Great Britain and 2-3-day delivery to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Note: please allow 1 hour during the working day for any Click & Collect orders from our premises.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched and invoiced. The invoice will include tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery with the carrier.

Delivery Costs

The cost of delivery is calculated during the checkout process. It is based on factors such as the order value, size and weight, speed of service selected, and the delivery location. For our standard UK service, delivery is free for orders above a specified minimum value.
