Ordered pole, bracket and end stopper online to collect from Rutland Road Sheffield. No problem ordering and all items were in stock. Was informed when order was ready and was served by friendly staff on collection.

Good intial service, products arrived safely. Downside, found the products about 50% cheaper at another retailer who are reliable and trusted, so not lower quality and the aerial which was recommended for my area is not suitable and the quality of reception is worse then the original aerial.

Communication was very good. Contacted Blake's for their recommendation for a Log Periodic aerial in the North West for the Winter Hill Transmitter. They suggested a cheaper, shorter aerial would be OK. This incurred postage of £4.99, so I opted for the slightly dearer, longer aerial with no postage charge. Would recommend Blake's for your aerial solutions.
