Please review the following information regarding delivery services, carriage charges, guarantees, settlement discounts and trading terms before placing your order with Blake UK.

Delivery and Carriage Information

Standard despatch is next day in England, Wales and Scotland, and three days in Ireland and the Channel Islands. Alternative carrier services may be available, including before noon, 10:00am, Saturday delivery and direct-to-customer site delivery. These services will incur an additional charge.

Delivery in England, Wales and Scotland is via DX or DPD. All order confirmations include tracking information, allowing you to monitor and amend your delivery where applicable.

Delivery in Ireland and the Channel Islands is via Graylaw. Tracking information is not currently available for this service. If you require assistance, please contact our Sales Team and we will be happy to help.

Minimum Consignment Value

We reserve the right to apply carriage charges to consignments below a minimum order value. Carriage charges may vary or be waived depending on the relationship between shipment volume and order value.

Lifetime Guarantee

We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and want to ensure that you are satisfied with the products you purchase from Blake UK.

Bulk and Pack Quantities

Please note: If your order is not placed in standard box quantities, we reserve the right to amend order quantities for delivery efficiency and safety reasons.

Bulk Scan Container quantities are displayed where pallet quantities can be ordered. Carton quantities are shown on applicable products. Pack quantities for alloy and steel straight masting are detailed within the product description.

Quantities may vary, therefore please contact our Sales Team for confirmation at the time of ordering. A forklift is required at the delivery location when unloading these packs.

Settlement Discount: 2%

To qualify for the settlement discount, goods must be paid in full by electronic payment before the date stated on the invoice, in accordance with HMRC requirements. Please confirm your preferred trading terms with our Sales Team.
