Delivery & Carriage Information:

Standard despatch is next day in England, Wales and Scotland & 3 day in Ireland and Channel Islands. Other carrier services are available before noon, 10am Saturday or Direct to customer onsite. This will incur an additional charge.

Delivery in England, Wales and Scotland is via DX or DPD. All order confirmations include a tracking link where you can trace and change your delivery to suit your requirements.

Delivery in Ireland & Channel Islands is via Graylaw. Unfortunately, tracking information isn't available however if you have any issues, please contact our sales team and we will assist you.

Minimum Consignment Value:

We reserve the right to apply carriage charges for consignment shipment below minimum value. However, carriage charges may vary or be waived, based on calculation of volume versus value.

We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with the products you have purchased.

Bulk and Pack Quantities:

PLEASE NOTE: If your order isn't in box quantities, we reserve the right to amend your order quantity for delivery and safety reasons.

Bulk Scan Container quantities are shown for ordering pallet quantities. Carton quantities are shown on other products. The pack quantities for alloy and steel straight masting are shown in the description. These may vary, so please contact our sales department for an update at the point of order. Note: A forklift is required at point of unloading for these packs.

Settlement Discount: 2%

To take advantage of the settlement discount, goods must be fully paid for via electronic payment prior to the date stated on the invoice for HMRC compliance. Please confirm to our sales department your trading preference.
