Tracking Your Order
You can follow the progress of every parcel we despatch. All you need is the tracking link or number on your invoice.
How to track
On the day we ship your goods you receive two e-mails: an invoice and a separate despatch confirmation. Open the invoice and look for Your Reference and Delivery Method; the tracking link sits just beneath.
If the direct link ever fails to open, visit DPD Tracking or DX Tracking, then paste the tracking number from the end of the link on your invoice.
