Hi service was good but i think you should have the brackets hot dip galvanised and charge a bit more for them because paint does not last very long these days other than that sturday bracket

There was an issue with delivery - the couriers lost my 10 foot mast pole! However, I cannot fault Blake in their attempts to put things right. They immediately sent out another pole as a replacement, which has just been received. Things in life can always go wrong. It is how a company responds to problems which show if they are a good company. Blake - you certainly showed that you are customer focussed. If I ever decide to put another weather station on the side of my house, you will be the first port of call for the needed equipment.

I ordered a 1 in 2 out Hdmi switch but it was out of stock and rather than getting me to wait until it was in stock Blake UK sent a more expensive 1 in 4 out Hdmi switch at no extra charge. It was also delivered very quickly. I would there rate Blake UK ver highly - hence the 5 stars.

TV aerial bought from Blake was excellent quality at a reasonable price after asking a relative in the industry who he’d recommend. Website was easy to use and offered the facility to find the aerial type (K) for my postcode, the nearest transmitter and its heading from my property. Aerial itself is lightweight yet robust and picture quality is superb. Instructions are good. Can’t see how this aerial will suffer from water ingress like my cheap previous aerial. Do it right do it once! Would highly recommend.
