starBOX RF hubs

starBOXes combine VHF, UHF and satellite signals to feed a ‘master’ outlet. A UHF return from set-top equipment is fed back to the starBOX for distribution to 5 or 10 additional points.

Network passive accessories

• Good quality wireless video and stereo audio transmission.
• Choice of four RF channels to avoid interference.
• Range up to 100 metres (clear line-of-sight conditions).
• Infrared remote return path on 433.92 MHz.

• Stylish discrete indoor aerial.
• Ideal for use with Analogue or Digital TV (Freeview) and DAB Radio
• Can be used locally (near the TV) or for weaker signal areas can be used in the loft with the use of a longer coax cable, down to the required viewing point.

General information 

All PROception products comply with relevant European safety and EMC standards (generally EN 60065 and EN 50083-2). Product designs are type tested for compliance in a leading European laboratory.

All RF amplifier inputs intended to be connected to an antenna are well-filtered to reduce the risk of interference problems caused by strong local out-of-band transmissions. All UHF antenna inputs are ‘TETRA-filtered’ as standard – i.e. they have a built-in sharp cut-off filter to attenuate O₂ Airwave transmissions in the 380 – 400 MHz band.
