Wireless Video Sender

Part of the PROception range for the professional aerial and system installer, the proWSS1 wireless video sender provides a convenient short-range wireless A/V link. This is a licence-exempt product which operates legally in the 2.4 GHz band and should not be confused with illegal devices which transmit within the UHF TV band. It can be used to transmit composite video (CVBS) and accompanying stereo audio from any source which provides standard baseband outputs.

The proWSS1 system includes a wireless infra-red remote control return link. This allows the majority of A/V source equipment to be controlled from the remote viewing location. The link can also be used to control ancillary equipment such as a separate satellite dish positioner, or a SCART switch (for source switching).
